9th Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using the Platform
This document sets out the rules and conditions that apply when you use the 9th platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 9th platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 9th platform. Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you indicate your agreement during the registration process, or when you continue using the platform after any amendments to the terms have been announced.
The 9th platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Management reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify this.
You also agree that you are using this platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from 9th.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 9th platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other required details. You are solely responsible for updating this information should any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your 9th account username and password confidential and for not sharing them with any other party. Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported any unauthorised access to our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 9th support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 9th is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- The use of automated software, bots, or data scraping tools to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any action that could compromise the stability, security, or integrity of the system is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing the bonus or promotional system through methods contrary to the original intent of the programme is strictly prohibited.
Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 9th platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, as well as other local payment methods available at any given time.
Deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. You are responsible for ensuring all transaction details are correct before confirming any payment. 9th is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the user during the deposit process.
Withdrawal requests are subject to 9th's internal verification process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, may vary depending on your chosen withdrawal method and your account's VIP tier. The latest information on these limits is displayed in the Withdrawal section once you are logged in.
9th reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals pending identity verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the support team will contact the user via their registered phone number or email for further verification.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their own wagering (rollover) requirements as stated at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly and must have their conditions fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 9th platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Management makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times. 9th shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system downtime, or processing errors beyond management's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 9th's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
9th reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any credit balance associated with the offending activity will not be refunded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 9th support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the withdrawal policy in effect at the time.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 9th platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, designs, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of the 9th platform or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
Using 9th's trade name, brand, or logo for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 9th platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. The presence of such links does not imply that 9th endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Changes to These Terms
9th reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the 9th platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or through the appropriate jurisdiction.
